March 2017 Saloon Grill is a grill restaurant located in Orio al Serio. Luca, the owner, asked us for support for the strategy and management of his social media marketing . Those who run restaurants know it, time is short, but Facebook and Instagram are essential to make yourself known. The problem is that they require time to be managed, and more and more skills to make the most of the possibilities given by Facebook Advertising . For this reason we took charge of all the social media marketing activity of the restaurant, starting from the editorial plan (what and when to post on social media) up to the creation of photos, texts, contests and messaging.
brand values
The project, in consultation with the client, also involved defining the values to be associated with the brand and the communication objectives. In particular, the hashtag #carnegeuina was coined, associated with a playful logo that recalls the rural world. Added to this was the creation of posts in the Bergamo dialect and photo contests to reaffirm the link with the territory, in contrast to the large commercial grill chains.
results
The first results are positive and satisfying: 700 likes on the Facebook page with a negligible cost per like (well done our Silvia ), 52 reviews, thousands of views profiled on the right audience (steak lovers, just to name a few), and reservations from social media. In short, not just "visibility", but measurable results, combined with a containment of the direct costs of purchasing advertising on Facebook and Instagram due to the optimal management of textual and visual content and the use of the most appropriate ads.
