There are clients with whom a special relationship is created, based on trust and mutual satisfaction: this project tells the story of one of those.

Advertising gyms is not easy: more than in other sectors, the prevailing elements in choosing a gym to train in are not very flexible. We are talking about proximity to home or work, and price . It is therefore evident that in terms of marketing, in addition to product management (courses that other fitness centers do not have or a particular structure) in order not to compete only on price in a limited market, it is necessary to build a relationship with the people who experience it.

To build this relationship, the solution adopted was a story telling project of the sports center, born above all to convey the passion and enthusiasm that the center's staff puts into their work every day. To do this, we have built a virtuous circle over time in which the creation of stories, images, videos and promotions is done "four hands" between our marketing agency and the Client.

In this way the Aqvaclvb center does not have to worry about its own continuous communication, which is managed by our agency using, in addition to the classic off-line channels, Facebook, Instagram and Mailchimp (including website updates). Finally, for the online promotion of the summer water park, we created an e-commerce with the Wix platform.

Results obtained


The page has seen a 200% growth of the community , slow and organic, and composed of people really interested in Aqvaclvb courses. E-commerce has also generated sales with a 1 to 10 return on the investment to make it happen.

Above all, the client was able to delegate the ongoing storytelling activity, allowing them to concentrate 100% on taking care of their customers.
