Today I want to tell you, step by step, about a project recently completed for one of our clients.
We took care of the creation of a website for a Wellness Center located in Bergamo, New Life Wellness & Beauty , thanks to the use of a highly performing and responsive technology such as WIX.
Introduction
In recent years, the wellness sector has seen a growing demand from the public looking for moments of relaxation and personal care. In this context, wellness centers have become privileged places for those who want to escape from daily stress and take care of themselves. Therefore, a fundamental tool for the promotion and visibility of New Life Wellness & Beauty is an effective and well-designed website, which in addition to being a virtual showcase for the services offered, allows the wellness center to communicate its brand identity, establish a connection with potential customers and provide crucial information such as opening hours, price list and current promotions. The first time the customer approached us, the business website already existed.
What the client asked us was to give new life to this communication channel, embodying the complexity of the elements that compose it with a rapid and direct approach to the services offered.
The result was a functional and aesthetically pleasing website, with a different technology than the one used for the previous website (Wordpress), which allows them to have direct management of the site with margins of individual operation.

The Client
Located in the enchanting hills of Bergamo, the New Life Wellness & Beauty Wellness Center has been a point of reference in the wellness and beauty sector since 2002. Offering a wide range of massages, body and facial treatments, as well as high-quality aesthetic services.
New Life Wellness & Beauty is known for its attention to detail and commitment to providing a rejuvenating and satisfying experience to its clients; therefore, this should also be reflected on the website.
The Project
Tackling the creation of a website for a wellness center like "New Life" required a thorough understanding of the client's needs and the expectations of its potential customers. The challenge was to translate the relaxing atmosphere and sensory experience offered by the center into an engaging and intuitive digital experience.
The strategic approach to designing the website for "New Life" involved a preliminary phase of analyzing the client's needs, followed by a conceptual design phase to define the information architecture and navigation flow of the site.
The logo
Also in the first analysis phase, we supported the client in giving new life to the company logo, precisely to underline the center's desire to reflect its new identity.
Starting from the company logo, we defined the color palette and fonts that would identify the new site but not only, also its visual perception online and offline.
Analyses
In the first meeting with the client we tried to understand how it should actually differentiate itself: this led to in-depth research to identify the main wellness centres in the Bergamo area , examining the websites of competitors to evaluate their online presence, user experience and the services offered.
We then analyzed their strengths , such as attractive design, informative content and ease of booking, and weaknesses , such as missing information or difficulty in navigating the site, to create a website that was optimized to the maximum, answering all the concerns of potential customers.
Not only that, understanding the customer's aspirations was fundamental.
In this regard, it was necessary to examine websites of successful wellness centers outside the Bergamo area to identify emerging trends and best practices in the sector, also analyzing online reviews and customer feedback to understand what they appreciate most in wellness center websites.
Conceptual design
Based on this initial information, we defined together the requirements of the website , including the services to be offered, the information to be provided and the desired functionalities (e.g. online bookings, photo gallery, blog, etc.).
Using the information gathered during the competitor research and requirements analysis to structure the website, we created a sitemap that outlined the information architecture and navigation flow, ensuring that all relevant information was easily accessible.
Based on this concept map, we created a wireframe to visualize the layout of the content and the functionality of the website in order to obtain the client's consent before the development phase.
Content and User Experience
The textual contents of the website have been carefully written to communicate in a clear and attractive way the services offered , the benefits for the customer and the distinctive approach of the wellness center.
Not only that, for the occasion, the client decided to hire a photographer to capture the wellness moments in the center, so as to give an immediate view of the services offered.
User experience was at the heart of the site design, with particular attention to ease of navigation and accessibility of information.
Contact form
In order to facilitate online communication between the center and its potential customers, we decided, in agreement with the customer, to activate a series of contact and booking forms , reducing the number of required fields to a minimum and using virtual keyboards optimized to facilitate data entry.
Not only that, a direct chat has also been activated on the site, also via WhatsApp, to further reduce communication difficulties and guarantee users direct and immediate contact with the center.
Mobile version
Before we could publish the finished website, we needed to use a responsive design approach to ensure the site would adapt smoothly to different screen sizes and orientations, ensuring optimal viewing on mobile devices.
We have simplified the site navigation on mobile devices, using hamburger menus and clearly visible buttons to allow users to easily access different sections of the site.
Revision
At this point it was necessary to submit the website design plan to the client for feedback and revisions so that any changes and iterations could be made based on the client's responses before moving on to the actual site development phase.
Privacy and Cookie solution
We have finally drafted the privacy policy and cookie banner to comply with the law (GDPR), inserting it on the site.
And voilà, the site is online! Here are some images:
But let's not forget the support!
Although the site has been online for several months, we continue to provide technical assistance and periodic maintenance to the customer, so that everything remains intact on a daily basis. We are very enthusiastic about what has been designed, also and above all for customer satisfaction.
