Very often we are hired after an initial marketing launch by the company, which then realizes it needs a bigger push to achieve its goals .
This also happened for Iso Fai da te, an online sales service for ISO forms created with the aim of helping companies to self-prepare for ISO certification, or useful for certifiers to quickly find updated documentation.
the starting point
We were contacted by the founder, Valerio Tavolazzi, through Wix Marketplace (a portal where we are listed as experts in the creation of websites with Wix ) for the restyling of the website .
However, as is our practice, we went beyond the initial request to understand if a website restyling would actually be sufficient to obtain an increase in sales.
Finding fertile intellectual ground in Valerio we therefore opted for a preventive rebranding before the restyling, in order to build optimal premises in terms of marketing positioning (which is not SEO positioning eh..!).
This is how the name Iso Fai da Te was born, which embodies the company's promise, and the new logo , designed as we usually do with a "maximum yield, minimum expense" method, that is, with an online competition.
the development of the project
As you may know, in addition to being a market research institute, we have also adopted the " Connection Funnel " method... and so we started with a brief online research on our existing clientele to understand when people actually search for this type of documentation and who uses it.
This was followed by a study of the new customer acquisition and resale funnel, accompanied by the details of the web marketing activities to be carried out, which we are still developing.
The first results obtained
The first results of our activity are encouraging and confirm that the proposed strategy has met the needs of the end customers (the ultimate goal of our work), increasing sales after 2 months of intervention (Google Analytics data):
